Beds Norwich offer free delivery across most of Norfolk and Suffolk. Deliveries are carried out by our professional delivery team. Our deliveries are carried out on weekdays and when your goods are ready for delivery we will call and provide a delivery day. This is initially an all day slot, however if you have provided us with a mobile telephone number, we will send you an SMS message the day before with a 2 hour delivery window.

In some areas we can offer a morning or afternoon slot, this would have a small charge of £30.

Our team will deliver to the room of your choice, all we ask is that the path way is clear and any breakable items are removed to ensure a problem free journey to your bedroom.

We deliver across Norfolk and Suffolk only. We only use our own delivery team to provide our customers with the best service possible. We do not use couriers to deliver beds and mattresses as these can often be damaged in transit.

Over 95% of our deliveries are carried out in under 28 days. However many are much quicker. We have a huge collection of stock mattresses and beds available for immediate delivery from our Beds Norwich warehouse.

Anything else is made specially to customer requirements and this will depend on the manufacturer’s lead-times. You can usually expect delivery on most mattresses and package deal beds within 7-14 days. Our Sleepeezee and Silentnight beds are usually 10-21 days and Millbrook and Sonlevo beds and mattresses are around 28-40 days. 

Adjustable Beds are typically delivered and installed in 7-21 days.

Our upholstered bed collection are also made in the UK and are 21-28 days lead-time.

Naturally, lead-times can change from time to time and are subject to change. We will always advise any delays at the point of ordering in store.

We offer the cheapest recycling in the city! We will recycle your old bed for just £40 or if it is just a mattress, we can recycle that for £25.

All of our beds and mattresses are fully recycled and we do not send any waste to landfill.

We do ask that your old bed is dismantled and ready to go where possible and that there are no screws, staples or sharps sticking out anywhere. We don’t want to damage your home or our delivery team!

We regret that we are unable to remove any soiled or wet items, so please keep everything inside and dry until your delivery day! Any soiled items can be uplifted by your local authority bulky waste collection service.

In store orders

When you place an order in store at Beds Norwich, our team will give you an approximate delivery lead-time which will also be on the paper order confirmation you are given at point of sale. These lead-times are given in good faith but can be subject to change on very rare occasions.

Once your order arrives with our Beds Norwich warehouse, our booking team will call you and arrange a suitable delivery day. This delivery will be Monday – Friday and will be an all day slot initially, however you will receive a SMS message the day before with a 2 hour timeslot.

On delivery our team will deliver to the room and assemble if required, please ensure the goods you have ordered will fit in the room and you have suitable access as this is your responsibility to check. Once assembled and in place, our team will show you your new bed or mattress and advise you on care instructions. 

Then they will leave you happy and smiling with your new bed!

Online orders

When you place an order online, you will receive an automated email confirmation shortly after (remember to check your junk if you don’t!). Once this is picked up by our team at the store, we will email you an official order and our team will give you an approximate delivery lead-time. These lead-times are given in good faith but can be subject to change on very rare occasions.

We will assemble your new bed for you in the room as long as the area is clear and ready.

All divans and divan ottomans are assembled free of charge, there may be a small fee for bedstead assembly. Please arrange this with the store when ordering.

All adjustable beds are also installed free of charge.

All beds assembled by our delivery team will have the packaging removed for recycling if you would like us to take it.
